Forgot password:
You can reset your password by:
- Visit kikoff.com/login or open the app and select “Forgot Password" or "Trouble Signing In"
- A reset link will be sent to the email on file, just follow the instructions to create a new password.
If the reset doesn’t work or you see an error, please send us a screenshot so we can investigate and assist you further.
General login issues:
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- If you’re on the app, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Kikoff app
- Please make sure you are not using a VPN
- If you are having trouble receiving a 2-factor authentication code to your email, ensure that you have verified your email
- If you are having trouble receiving a code and no longer have access to the contact method, you can choose to send it to an alternative contact method (phone/email)
- If you forgot your email, click on “Forgot Email” on the sign-in screen of the Kikoff app
- If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen of the Kikoff app
