Auto-renew is enabled by default on your Credit Account. This feature is enabled to renew your Kikoff Credit Service plan once your current one ends.
If you would like to make changes to auto-renew, you may do so by following the steps below:
- Open the Kikoff app and tap on the Home button on the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the profile icon on the top left of your screen then tap on “Settings”
- Tap on “Kikoff (The Plan You Have)”
- This should be the second to last option on the screen
- Scroll down and tap on “Turn off Auto-Renewal”
