If you would like to upgrade/downgrade your plan, you can do so directly through the Kikoff app. Simply tap the profile icon on the top left corner and navigate to “Kikoff (Plan Name)”. From here, you can change your plan and/or auto-renew settings!
Please note the following:
- You must make at least one payment after upgrading before you can downgrade
- Upgrading or downgrading your plan will restart your 12-month cycle from the date of the change, and any remaining time on your current plan will not carry over
- Your next statement will show your new balance and monthly payment
- You can’t downgrade until your next statement period and only if your payment(s) are up to date
- Plan changes can only be made once per statement cycle
