The Kikoff Secured Credit Card has a daily spending limit of $2500, meaning any payments attempted within a 24 hour period exceeding this amount, may not process appropriately.
Please be aware that these limits operate on a daily basis. As an example, if you spend $2,500 on Monday at 4 pm, your limit will be reached until Tuesday at 12 am (Arizona Time, MST). On Tuesday at 12 am (Arizona Time, MST), $2,500 becomes available within your daily limit once again.
If you believe you may run into this issue while other possible payments are due (ie a utility bill), we recommend a couple solutions:
- Direct Debit - If you're paying a bill/recurring subscription you can likely setup a "direct debit" (ACH) with your biller by providing them your Kikoff account and routing number. With this method, any funds used via direct debit will not count against your $2,500 daily spending limit.
- Transferring funds to an external bank account - You may wish to transfer some funds from your Secured Card account to another account, if you need to do so to spend in excess of $2500 in a single day. Please note that these transfers can take 1-5 business days depending on where they are initiated from, so please plan accordingly.
