Auto-Renew is enabled by default on your Credit Account product upon signup. This means at the end of your 12 month repayment term, your Kikoff Credit Service plan may renew and prepare for another 12 months of payments, renewing the product that has been helping you build your credit these last 12 months.
Note: You will always be notified via email 30 days prior to renewal so you may choose to disable this should you not wish to proceed with the service before it auto-renews. To do so, see the steps outlined below. Keep in mind any AutoPay settings will roll over to your new term as well.
Managing Auto-Renew from the User Dashboard
From the "Home" section of your User Dashboard, select "Credit Account" and the "Settings" cog on the top right of your screen).
Within your Settings menu, select Orders & subscriptions.
From here, scroll down to Subscriptions, where you will see your current Auto-Renewal status and date, also the ability to "Cancel auto-renew" should you choose to do so.
