A valid (active) lease document is required for us to begin rent reporting. We recommend this be provided in a clear PDF document for our system to properly review and accept.
Best Practices
- Document Type - PDF format is preferred for best quality. PNGs are sometimes accepted, but often lose image quality required for approval/content visibility
- Image Quality - Be sure the image does not have any glare, reflection, or obscuring of information. This will likely lead to lease-rejection by our system due to unable to read the image. This also applies to motion blur or smudged-ink. Please be sure the image is clear and all information is legible for best results
- Type-Written Leases Highly Recommended - It is encouraged to use typed/printed lease agreements when available. While some handwritten leases are accepted through the system, this may limit our ability to proceed should issues arise with system verification
Agents are currently unable to manually review/approve leases. You may resubmit your applicable lease via the system, or reach out to us directly for more support should additional issues arise.
