- Match Your Provider: Ensure that the bill provider you entered in the Kikoff App matches exactly as what appears on your bank statement. For example, if your statement shows "FLP," please enter "FLP" in the app.
- Payment Timing: Check that your most recent bill payment was made within the last 90 days, as our system only recognizes payments from that timeframe.
Payment Method: If you typically use services like CashApp or Venmo for your payments, please note that our system does not recognize these transactions. We recommend making your next payment directly through your linked bank account and then reattempting to set up Bill Reporting.
