Our system can only detect payments that fall within a 30% range of the monthly rent amount you provided during rent reporting setup.
Additionally, if your recent payment was made from a different bank account than the one you linked, or if it was made through a peer-to-peer payment service (such as Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App), our system will not be able to detect this payment.
