How to set up ACH transfer on the Secured Card?

If you would like to set up ACH Transfer for your Secured Card, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Kikoff app and navigate to the Secured Card tab
  2. Click “See All”
  3. Select “Bank Transfer” then select “External Bank Transfer”

To initiate a transfer, go to your external banking app and link your Kikoff account using your Secured Card account and routing number. Please note that transfers initiated through an external bank take 5-7 business days to be posted.
