If you would like to replace or request a new Secured Card:
On the Kikoff mobile app:
- Click on “Go to Secured Card” on the home page of the Kikoff app
- Scroll down and tap on “Card Settings” and select “Get Help”
- Complete the prompts to have a new card sent to you
On the Kikoff website:
1. Click on the “Secured Card” tab on the left side of the screen.
2. Scroll down and click "Card settings" under "Account."
3. Click “Get Help”
4. Complete the prompts to have a new card sent to you
