If your physical Secured Credit Card was lost, stolen, or damaged beyond use please report this as soon as possible within your Kikoff mobile app. Visit the Secured Card tab and scroll down to the Account section > Card Settings.
From here you may lock your card to prevent possible use, set a PIN for additional safety, or get further help for lost card, disputes, and more.
